Tasting Notes
The nose has notes of black fruits and violets. The palate is large, powerful and fresh at the same time with a beautiful elegance. The finish is long.

Winemaking
After sorting in the vineyard and in the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed and then directly put in tank. Cold pre-fermentation maceration is performed for 5 days. The spontaneous fermentation then starts. The grapes will stay in tank for roughly 3 weeks during alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then put in oak barrels by gravity (35% new oak) for 15 months. No filtration or fining is performed.

Rates

Delivery is free for orders ₱3,000 and above.

We charge ₱150 for orders under ₱3,000.

Time

Delivery is done Mondays to Fridays. No deliveries on weekends and holidays.

We guarantee next day delivery for all confirmed and paid orders Mondays to Thursdays. For orders placed on holidays, Fridays to Sundays, delivery will be done the next working day.

Coverage

Our standard delivery is within Metro Manila only.

However, we also do special delivery arrangements to select areas outside Metro Manila. Kindly email your request to drink@donrevy.com.

Pick Up

UPRC III Building, 2289 Chino Roces Extension, Makati City

Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am until 6:00pm

No pick up on holidays.
