We accept the following payments:

  • Credit Card / Debit card payments - we accept Visa, Mastercard and JBC - select Paymaya 
  • PayMaya QR - select Paymaya
  • Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer / over-the-counter and e-wallets like Gcash, grabpay & coins.ph- please select Dragonpay and follow the payment instructions in the email that you will receive upon check-out

We send a confirmation email once order is placed. In the event you did not receive an email, kindly inform us via email and send to drink@donrevy.com

For bank transfer payment method, we confirm order after we receive your deposit or payment screenshot.

To receive your order, you may do:

  • Store Pick-up - please pick-up in this address
    • Don Revy Philippines, UPRC III Building, 2289 Chino Roces Extension, Makati City
    • Hours of operation: M-Sat except holidays, 9:00am until 6:00pm. Subject to COVID quarantine guidelines.
    • Please check our COVID POLICY for customers visiting the store
    • Notify us when is your planned pick-up by emailing us at drink@donrevy.com. Show the confirmation email and your ID upon pick-up. 
  • Delivery
    • We guarantee next day delivery for all confirmed and paid orders
    • We deliver within Metro Manila only

Once order is confirmed, we fulfill delivery the following day. If order was received after office hours, it will be processed the following day. If orders are made, during the weekend or holiday, we will process them on the next business day.

In the event of a force majeure, like extreme weather conditions, please expect some delays and rest assured that we will notify you on the delay or rescheduling of your delivery. 

We use our in-house vehicles and motorbikes to delivery your order. From time-to-time we also use our partner delivery service. 

It's free delivery for orders P2,000 and above, within Metro Manila!

We charge P150 for orders under P2,000. Should you need further assistance with deliveries outside Metro Manila please email us at drink@donrevy.com.

Our standard delivery rate does not cover areas outside Metro Manila. However, we also do special delivery arrangements depending on the location. Kindly email your request to drink@donrevy.com.

Once order is confirmed, all sales are final. Please double check that the selected shipping method, item, or delivery details are correct before checking out. Should you have any concerns, please email us at drink@donrevy.com.

You may contact us by emailing drink@donrevy.com and specify if you are:

  • a purchasing officer who would like to order in bulk for their company
  • a restaurateur or a hotelier, etc.

Return / Replacement Policy

Items will be replaced if:

  1. Customer received a damaged item
  2. Received an incorrect item

Procedures:

  • Upon receipt, please open and inspect the items
  • Email us a photo of the damaged and/or incorrect item/s upon receipt
  • Provide complete name, order number, details of the damaged item like description and quantity
  • Please send email to drink@donrevy.com
  • Incorrectly purchased item by customer or sudden change of mind after delivery will not be replaced
